Final Sale & Condition

All watches sold by Ellytime are pre-owned and offered on an “as described” basis.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

The item’s condition, including any visible wear, is accepted as described
Pre-owned watches may show signs of use consistent with age and prior ownership
Minor imperfections do not constitute defects

Returns

As a general rule, all sales are final.

Return requests may be considered only in exceptional cases, strictly at our discretion, within 14 days of delivery.

If a return is exceptionally approved:

The watch must be unused, unworn, and in identical condition as received
All original packaging, documentation, and accessories must be included
Any sign of wear, adjustment, or tampering will result in refusal

Refunds

Approved returns are subject to inspection.

If accepted:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
Shipping costs, transaction fees, and handling charges are non-refundable and may be deducted
Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions

Return shipping arrangements
Proper packaging, insurance, and tracking

Ellytime is not liable for loss, damage, or delays during return transit.
